M900塔式起重机在水电工程中的应用

摘　　要：M900塔式起重机具有布置合理,控制及操作系统先进、作业空间广、工作效率高等特点。根据M900塔式起重机性能指标,介绍其在四川小天都水电站、清江水布垭水电站的应用。同时对M900塔式起重机和MQ1000门式起重机的性能进行对比研究,包括技术性能比较、生产能力比较、经济性比较和安装拆除费用比较。结果表明,M900塔式起重机性能优于MQ1000门式起重机。There are some advantages in M900 tower crane,including reasonable arrangement,advanced control and operating system,wide working space,high work efficiency.Based on the performance indexes of M900 tower crane,it is successfully applied in Sichuan Xiaotiandu Hydropower Station and Qingjiang Shuibuya Hydropower Station.At the same time,performances of M900 tower crane and MQ1000 gantry crane are compared,such as technological performance,productivity,economics,as well as installation and demolishment cost.The results show that the performance of M900 tower crane is superior to one of MQ1000 gantry crane.
