摘　　要：本文就当前低碳经济的国际国内背景和低碳经济本质进行了分析,并通过对北京市近年社会经济能源发展的战略、现状进行描述,结合北京市提出的"人文北京、科技北京、绿色北京"和世界城市的战略,提出了北京市发展低碳经济的立足点和相关政策建议。Based on the analysis of the domestic and international background of low carbon economy, and essences of social economy and energy development strategy in recent years of Beijing, the paper combines with the strategy of ＂Culture-enriched Beijing, science and technology Beijing, green city of Beijing＂ to put forward the standpoints and relevant policy suggestions for Beijing to develop the low carbon economy.
