摘　　要：本文旨在通过临床对黄疸证属阳黄证的病因病机进行分析,针对常见湿热并重、湿重于热型,采用宣畅气机,分消走泄之法治之,施以蒿芩清胆汤治疗,取得良好效果,从而得出心得体会与同道共参,以期提高临证水平。This paper aims to clinical evidence of yangjanndice pathogenesis analysis, both for common heat, damp weight in the heat and, using propaganda qi, points to go vent elimination of the rule of law, impose Haoqinqingdan decoction treatment,to obtain good results,so come and experience-and fellow of the Senate and to raise the level of clinical evidence
