摘  要:近年来,广州房地产业发展十分迅速,市场巨大、供需两旺,并出现了一批实力和资本雄厚的大企业,但投资政策不平衡,市场机制不完善,尤其是人才资源总量不足和配置不合理,即广州房地产业的规模能力、成长环境和人才资源三大要素深刻地影响着该行业的竞争力水平,并整体上影响了房地产业的竞争力,已经成为制约当地房地产业进一步发展的深层次问题。持续优化软硬环境建设,重视发挥人才资源优势,积极通过资源整合扩大房地产业规模能力等措施,对提升广州房地产业竞争力十分必要。In recent years, the real estate industry is developing very rapidly in Guangzhou. The market supply and demand are huge. Hence a group of large enterprises which is strong in power and rich in capitals have arisen. But because of the unbalanced investment policies, imperfect market mechanism, especially the shortage and improper positioning of human resources, namely, the developing force, environment for growth and human resources seriously affect the competitive strength of the real estate industry, and have become a deeply-rooted problem hindering the local real estate industry from further advancement. It is imperative to take measures of optimizing continuously the soft and hard environment, attaching importance to the use of human resources, actively integrating resources, and empowering the real estate industry, in order to increase its competitive capability.
