丹红注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效和安全性评价

摘　　要：目的 评价丹红注射液治疗糖尿病.肾病患者的疗效和安全性.方法 选择在本院就诊的糖尿病肾病患者80例,入院后随机分组：40例为观察组,采用丹红注射液治疗;40例为对照组采用氯沙坦钾片治疗.检查并记录两组治疗情况及不良反应,治疗4周后分别评定疗效.结果 观察组显效率为50.00%高于对照组显效率27.5%,差异显著,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05,见表1）;治疗期间两组均无明显不良反应,所有患者均可耐受并坚持完疗程.结论丹红注射液治疗糖尿病肾病患者不但疗效佳,而且也比较安全,建议临床进一步推广.Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of DanHong injection in treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected and divided into two groups randomly after admission;40 cases for the observation group,received Danhong injection treatment ;40 cases as control group treated with losartan potassium tablets.Two treatment situations and adverse reactions were assessed after 4wk treatment.Results Effective rate in observation group was 50% significantly higher than that in control group of 27.5% （P〈0.05,see Table 1）;During treatment period both groups had no obvious adverse reactions,all patients can be tolerated.Conclusion Danhong injection for treatment of diabetic nephropathy was not only good,but also relatively safe.
