鳖甲煎丸含药大鼠血清对人肝癌HEPG2细胞增殖影响的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究鳖甲煎丸含药大鼠血清对人肝癌HEPG2细胞增殖的影响。[方法]将实验大鼠随机分为四组，生理盐水灌胃组、鳖甲煎丸煎剂灌胃组、西药组、中西医联合用药组。无菌条件下从大鼠后腔静脉采血，分离血清。将同组大鼠血清混匀，冷藏备用。待人肝癌HEPG2细胞贴壁生长状态良好，加入含药大鼠血清及对照组大鼠血清，培养后取材制作标本。对标本进行OD值测定，计算细胞增殖抑制率。[结果]鳖甲煎丸煎剂灌胃组、西药组、中西医联合用药组血清作用人肝癌HEPG2细胞48H后与灌服生理盐水组相比较细胞增殖抑制率有明显差异，差别有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。鳖甲煎丸煎剂灌胃组、西药组、中西医联合用药组细胞增殖抑制率三者无明显差异（P〉0．05）。[结论]鳖甲煎丸含药大鼠血清对人肝癌HEPG2细胞增殖有抑制作用。[ Objective] Discuss the effect of the rat＇s blood serum of Biejia decoction for proliferation of human＇s liver HIPG cell. [ Methods] The rats for experiment were separated as physiological saline group, Biejia decoction group, DDP group, Biejia decoction and DDP group. Take blood from the posterior vena cava of the rat under aseptic conditions, Separate the serum. Mix the serum of the same group and refrigeration. When human＇s liver HEPG cells were in good condition, including the serum of the rat each group. After culturing, make the specimen. To assay the quantitation of OD and compute the inhibition ratio of proliferation. [ Results ] The inhibition ratio of proliferation of Biejia decoction group, DDP group, Biejia decoction and DDP group are all increased after 48H. Have the marked difference with the physiological saline group（P 〈0.05）. Biejia decoction group, DDP group, Biejia decoction and DDP group are have no difference（P 〉0.05）. [ Conclusions] The puoliferation of Biejia decoction for human＇ s liver HIPG cell is inhibit by Biejia decoction.
