摘　　要：本文首先介绍了国内绿色建筑的发展情况,明确了绿色建筑增量成本的定义及计算方法。而后给出了绿色建筑技术增量成本的比较依据,即基准方案成本,并针对不同的建筑情况,提出了2种不同的基准方案,为合理确定绿色建筑技术增量成本提供了依据。最后,以某绿色建筑项目为例,采用前述计算方法和基准方案成本对其进行了绿色建筑技术增量的成本分析。In this paper,the development status of green building in China was briefly introduced,and definition and calculated methodology of green building incremental cost were determined.Furthermore,as the comparative principle for green building technology incremental cost,two kinds of basic scheme costs were given out for different buildings.At last,taking a green building project as an example,the analysis of green building technology incremental cost was carried out.
