摘 要:为了研究贵州杂交肉牛育肥阶段的营养需要和日粮配方,给地方杂交肉牛养殖提供科学依据和方法,试验采用1.5岁左右、体重340kg左右的西×本杂交肉牛40头,分别饲喂5个不同营养水平的日粮,进行60d的饲养试验。结果表明:随着杂交肉牛每天每100kg体重供给综合净能(Nemf)、粗蛋白(CP)量的增加,杂交肉牛的平均日增重呈直线上升,相关系数分别为rx1=0.486(P<0.05)、rx2=0.525(P<0.01);料肉比呈直线下降(rx1=0.666,rx2=0.525,P<0.01);每千克增重消耗的综合净能呈直线下降(rx1=0.453,rx2=0.738,P<0.01);蛋白质效率比呈直线上升(rx1=0.491,rx2=0.726,P<0.01);杂交肉牛平均净肉量呈直线增加(rx1=0.405,rx2=0.547,P<0.05);杂交肉牛育肥经济效益呈直线上升(rx1=0.460,rx2=0.725,P<0.01)。说明杂交肉牛育肥需要供给足够的综合净能、粗蛋白以及合理比例的矿物质、维生素等营养物质才能取得良好的生产效果和良好的经济效益,终端育肥阶段每天每100kg体重的综合净能、粗蛋白供给最适量为13.92MJ和301.15g。To study and research the nutrient requirement and diet formulation of fattening stage crossbreds cattle,the experiment chose 40 weight and age close crossbred of simmental×local yellow cattles,allocated into five groups for 60 days trial.The results showed that with increasing of the Nemf and CP daily intake of crossbreds cattle,the average daily gain(ADG) of crossbreds cattle ascended in line,the correlation coefficient was respectively:rx1=0.486(P〈0.05),rx2=0.525(P〈0.01);the feed conversion efficiency descended in line,the correlation coefficient was respectively(rx1=0.666,rx2=0.525,P〈0.01);the Nemf consumption per 1 kg gain descended in line,the correlation coefficient was respectively(rx1=0.453,rx2=0.738,P〈0.01);the protein efficiency ratio(PER) ascended in line,the correlation coefficient was respectively(rx1=0.491,rx2=0.726,P〈0.01);the average net meat weight ascended in line,the correlation coefficient was respectively(rx1=0.405,rx2=0.547,P〈0.05);the economic benefits of cattle fatting ascended in line,the correlation coefficient was respectively(rx1=0.460,rx2=0.725,P〈0.01).It considers that sufficient Nemf,CP,reasonable mineral and vitamin intake are necessary to gain favorable production performance and economic benefits,daily intake 13.92 MJ Nemf and 301.15 g CP per 100 kg live body weight are the best choose during terminal fatting stage.
