摘 要:目的研究空气动力学实验风洞浓度场性能。方法通过在风洞中发生单分散相气溶胶标准粒子,测定风洞的采样断面各检测点的颗粒物浓度,对浓度场进行评价。结果在风洞检测断面风速1~3m/s范围内,粒径为0.93~7.40μm的气溶胶颗粒物上下游采样断面各检测点浓度标准差范围为0.04~0.59mg/m3,不同时间间隔上下游采样断面平均颗粒物浓度标准差范围为0.01~0.09mg/m3,上下游采样断面平均颗粒物浓度比值范围为1.00~1.39,颗粒物沉降率范围为0.0%~28.1%。结论空气动力学实验风洞浓度场具有良好的均匀性、稳定性和一致性。Objective To verify the concentration field performance of the air dynamic wind tunnel. Methods The performance of the concentration field was evaluated by testing the concentration of monodisperse particles of sample-point on the sample-transect, which was generated in the tunnel. Results Between the flow rate range of 1 m/s and 3 m/s, the concentration was tested between the aerodynamic particle size of 0.93 μm and 7.40 μm. The standard deviations of the concentration of each sample-point on the sampletransect were 0.04-4).59 mg/m3. The standard deviations of the sample-transect were 0.01-0.09 mg/m3 in different time interval. The ratios of average concentration of upper reach to down reach of the tunnel were between 1.00 and 1.39. The rates of sedimentation were between 0.0% and 28.1%. Conclusion The concentration field of the air dynamic wind tunnel is even, stable and coincident.
