摘 要:目的调查长期接触有机磷农药农民血中脂质过氧化指标的水平。方法于2008年2月—2009年2月,按照整群随机抽样的方法抽取豫北地区新乡市、鹤壁市、安阳市、濮阳市农村地区有长期接触有机磷农药史的农民1176人作为接触组,年龄20~50岁,体重60~80kg;对照组选取以上四市农村地区无有机磷农药接触史的农民100人,年龄20~50岁,体重60~80kg。采用试剂盒检测血浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化物酶(LPO)活力。结果接触有机磷农药>10年的农民体内MDA含量和LPO活力均较高,SOD和GSH-Px活力均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但无接触年限、性别和种植作物间差异。结论农民长期接触有机磷农药会引起血中脂质过氧化指标增加。Objective To know the change of the levels lipid peroxidation indexes in the blood induced by long-term exposure to phosphate pesticide in farmers. Methods With cluster sampling, 1 176 farmers, with long term exposure to phosphate pesticide, aged 20-50 years, 60-80 kg of body weight, were chosen in the northern area of He' nan province from Feb. 2008 to Fed. 2009, the control group without long term exposure to phosphate pesticide was selected. The blood samples were collected and MDA, SOD,GSH-Px, LPO were determined by the kits. Results Compared with the control, MDA content, LPO activity increased and the activity of SOD, GSH-Px decreased significantly in the farmers who exposed to the phosphate pesticide for more than 10 years, without difference in duration of exposure, gender, planting types. Conclusion Long-term exposure to phosphate pesticide will cause lipid peroxidation level increasing in the farmers.
