摘  要:为解决优质烟叶原料供应不足的问题,开展了提高上部烟叶可用性技术研究。采取上部6片烟叶成熟后一次采收调制技术,以成熟度为中心提高上部烟叶可用性,分析了上部烟叶成熟度提高后可用性的变化,比较了降焦处理对上部烟叶和中部烟叶可用性的影响。结果显示:上部6片烟叶一次成熟采收技术,可明显提高烟叶成熟度和叶片结构疏松程度,降低烤后烟叶的淀粉含量,改善上部烟叶香气质及口感,提高香气量及烟气浓度,减轻刺激性和杂气;示范结果可获得60%左右的成熟度好、结构疏松的上部烟叶,且烟叶的糖、氮、碱和淀粉含量适宜,主要化学成分协调;香气质中等~较好,香气量较足,可用于一、二类卷烟配方;上部烟叶经过降焦处理,香气质、烟气口感有所改善,杂气、刺激性的影响有所减弱,香气量得到较充分体现。In order to find a solution to the problem of quality tobacco leaf shortage,a study on improving the industrial usability of upper leaves was conducted.The 6 upper leaves on upper stalk position were harvested in one priming as the leaves fully ripened,the change of usability of upper leaves related to ripeness was analyzed,and the effects of tar reducing treatment on the usability of middle and upper leaves wese compared.The results showed that: harvesting 6 ripened upper leaves in one priming obviously improved leaf ripeness and structural openness,reduced starch content in cured leaf,enhanced aroma quality and mouth feeling,increased aroma quantity and smoke concentration,decreased irritancy and offensive odor.The results of a demonstration showed that 60% of upper leaves possessed good maturity,open structure,moderate contents of sugar, nitrogen,nicotine and starch,harmonious main chemical constituents,moderate to good aroma quality and plentiful aroma quantity,which could be used in the cigarette blends of Class Ⅰand Class Ⅱ.After the treatment of tar reducing,the aroma quality,aroma quantity,and taste of upper leaves were improved slightly and the influence of irritancy and offensive odor were somewhat reduced.
