摘　　要：通过模块化思想设计了一台多功能试验台,包括液黏调速启动模块、电液盘式制动器模块和待测液压绞车模块,通过不同的模块组合达到进行不同类型研究试验的目的。试验台采用PLC编制控制系统,可靠性高、指令丰富且通信功能完善,便于改造和添加新的控制功能,并根据需要采用不同的数据采集方式。通过现场多项试验证明试验台精度较高,能够满足预计试验的各种要求。A multifunctional experimental table is designed with modularization theory,hydro-viscous variable speed starting module,module of electro-hydraulic brake disk and module of hydraulic winch to be tested are included.Different kinds of research experiments can be carried out by various combination of above modules.PLC programming control system is applied to the experimental table to obtain high reliability,enriched instruction and perfect communication function,which are convenient for the innovation and addition of new control function as well as data collection with different ways according to different demands.Various field experiments show that the experimental table has high precision and can meet each expected requirement of all the experiments.
