摘　　要：在市场对生产系统的柔性和敏捷性要求日益提高的环境下,分析了MRPⅡ与JIT的内涵,比较了两者在系统构成、运行机制和系统柔性等方面的区别。此外,研究了MRPⅡ与JIT系统在生产柔性方面的优劣,构建了MRPⅡ与JIT系统的整合模型。集成后的系统不但能对生产运作实现全流程的计划与控制,又增强了系统动态适应性和柔性。Against the background of the production is required to react more flexibly and more promptly towards the market,the connotation of MRPⅡand JIT system is analyzed,and the distinctions between them in constitution,operation mechanism and flexibility of system are contrasted also.In addition,the difference in flexibility about MRPⅡand JIT system are analyzed,and the integration model of MRPⅡand JIT system is built also.The integrated system can not only achieve planning and controlling of entire production process,but also features higher dynamic adaptability and flexibility.
