摘  要:从宝钢烧结工序出发,简要介绍了其能源管控工作实践,明确了烧结工序能效因子的识别流程、定义和对能耗/成本影响的计算模型。根据能效因子层次性的属性,提出能效因子应设置三个层级的建议,进而明确对能效因子应分层次进行梯级控制、按照PDCA循环要求推进其控制绩效改进的思路。The practice of energy management and control in Baosteel sintering process was introduced briefly, and the identification flow and definition of energy efficiency factor and calculation model about energy consumption and cost effect in sintering process were made clear. Based on the hierarchy characters of the energy efficiency factor, it was proposed that three levels should be set for energy efficiency factors, thus the cascade control for the energy efficiency factors in different levels were defined, and the idea of promoting control performance improvement according to the PDCA circulation was also made clear.
