摘 要:首钢京唐烧结厂1号550m2烧结机于2009年5月投产。该烧结机原设计料层厚度为750mm,生产中发现主抽风机风门开度一直保持低位,风机能力没有得到充分发挥。为了进一步提高烧结矿产质量,降低能耗,在不进行大的设备改造的前提下,通过采取梯形布料,使料层厚度增至800mm,并获得了较好的技术经济指标。实践表明,大型烧结机实施厚料层烧结,具有改善烧结矿质量,降低烧结工序能耗的优势。The 550 m^2 No. 1 sinter machine of Jingtang sintering plant of Capitalsteel was put into production in May, 2009. The original designed sintering bed depth for the sinter machine is 750mm, it was found that during production, the damper opening of the main exhaust fan had been keeping very low, and the fan capacity was not brought in full play. In order to improve sinter quality and decrease energy consumption further, under the condition of no major equipment reconstruction, and by adoption of ladder feeding, the bed depth was increased to 800 mm, and good technical and economical indexes were obtained. The practice shows that the sinter quality can be improved and sintering process energy can be reduced by adoption of deep depth sintering for large sized sinter machine.
