摘 要:建立了整体多层包扎式高压容器多层筒体与球形封头连接区有限元接触分析模型,得到了端部阶梯式连接结构的应力分布状况,并与相同尺寸非多层结构的应力分布进行了比较。结果表明,两种结构内外壁应力变化趋势相似,在连接区出现明显的应力集中,连接处轴向应力上升趋势大于周向应力,达到最大应力值后迅速衰减。An analysis model of finite element connection was founded of the connection zone between the cylinder and the spherical head of an integrated multilayer-wrapped high pressure vessel,the stress distribution of the stepped connection construction at the end was obtained,and it was compared with the stress distribution of a high pressure vessel with same-sized non-multilayer construction.The result shows that the stress change trend of the internal and external walls of the two constructions was similar,an evident stress concentration occurred in the connection zone,the rising trend of the axial stress was higher than that of circumferential stress,when it reached maximum stress value,it quickly attenuated.
