清肝合剂治疗抗结核药物性肝损害的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清肝合剂对抗结核药物引起肝损害的临床疗效。方法:80例由抗结核药物引起的肝胆湿热型药物性肝炎患者随机分成2组,一组使用硫普罗宁护肝治疗(对照组),另一组(治疗组)在硫普罗宁护肝治疗的基础上加用清肝合剂进行治疗,4周为一疗程,治疗前、治疗后2周、4周分别检测2组患者肝功能(ALT、AST、TBIL)并进行分析比较。结果:治疗组在肝功能改善方面明显优于对照组,2组比较有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清肝合剂有很好的保肝作用。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Qinggan mixture against liver injury induced by anti-tubeculosis treatment. METHODS 80 hepatitis cases induced by anti-tubeculosis treatment were divided into two groups. One group was treated by tiopronin as control,the other group treated by tiopronin plus Qinggan mixture. 4 weeks as one treatment period. The patients liver function （ALT, AST, TBIL） was analyzed and compared by 3 time points as before treatment, 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment respectively. RESULTS The effect of liver function improvement effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group with statistics meaning. CONCLUSION The Qinggan mixture has good liver protective function.
