摘  要:在真实烟气再循环条件下进行循环流化床(CFB)富氧燃烧试验,发现在配气气氛下和真实烟气再循环条件下CFB中NOx的生成规律有很大差异.基于该试验结果,建立了一个富氧燃烧CFB炉内NOx的生成模型,在该模型中重点考察了床温和氧气浓度对NOx生成的影响.结果表明:在不同气氛下,NOx的生成量随温度和氧气浓度的升高均明显增加;在富氧气氛下,NOx的生成对温度的变化更加敏感,而且不同煤种和石灰石的加入均可能影响NOx的生成特性;该模型计算结果与试验结果较吻合.Oxygen-enriched combustion tests in a circulating fluidized bed (CFB) were carried out under the condition of real flue gas recirculation. It is found that there are a lot of differences in NOx formation law between the condition of simulated gas and real flue gas recirculation. Based on the experimental results, a NOx formation model for oxygen-enriched combustion in CFB boiler was set up. The influence of bed temperature and oxygen concentration on NO. formation were investigated in the model. Results show that NOx formation increases obviously with raising temperature and oxygen concentration under different atmospheres. Under the oxygen-enriched atmosphere, NO. formation becomes more sensitive to the variation of the temperature, and will be influenced by different coal ranks and addition of limestone. The calculated results agree well with the experimental results.
