摘  要:设计了一套4台300MW火电机组的寿命管理系统,其硬件系统由扭振监测装置、数据库服务器、应用服务器、网页服务器和用户端浏览器等组成,软件模块由汽轮机、锅炉和发电机等设备的5个寿命计算软件的11个模块组成.该寿命管理系统的主要功能是在线监测、数据库管理、剩余寿命实时计算、结果显示页面生成和可视化浏览.通过在上海外高桥发电有限责任公司300MW机组上的实际应用表明:该寿命管理系统可为4台300MW火电机组的运行控制和优化检修提供技术依据,实现了采用一套寿命管理系统来管理4台300MW火电机组几十个重要部件剩余寿命的技术效果.A life management system has been designed for 4×300 MW coal-fired power generation units, which includes a hardware system and a software block. The hardware system is made up of torsional vibration monitoring devices, database servers, web page servers, application servers, user browsers and so on, while the software block composed of 11 modules for life calculation of five main components such as the steam turbine, boiler and generator etc. The main purpose of the life management system is to realize on-line monitoring, database management, real-time calculation of residual life as well as corresponding result page display and browsing. Actual application of the life management system to the power units in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Power Generation Co. , Ltd. demonstrates that the system can simultaneously serve 4 × 300 MW coal-fired power generation units in the aspect of operation control, maintenance optimization and residual life calculation of dozens of important components.
