克拉霉素和鼻内糖皮质激素联合应用对慢性鼻窦炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨长期小剂量克拉霉素和布地奈德鼻喷剂联合应用治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法将125名慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分成四组,即克拉霉素和布地奈德鼻喷剂组、克拉霉素组、布地奈德鼻喷剂组和对照组。用药3月后从症状、鼻内镜、鼻窦CT、主观感觉和糖精传输时间等五个方面进行疗效比较。结果克拉霉素和布地奈德鼻喷剂组与其它3组之间有显著差异,克拉霉素与布地奈德鼻喷剂组之间没有显著差异,但与对照组之间有显著差异。结论长期小剂量克拉霉素和布地奈德鼻喷剂联合应用是目前治疗慢性鼻窦炎的有效方法。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of associated application of long-term, low-dose clarithromycin and budesonide on chronic sinusitis. Methods One hundred and twenty five cases with chronic sinusitis were classified into four groups. Clarithromycin and budesonide intranasal spray, clarithromycin, budesonide intranasal spray and placebo were given separately. The therapeutic effect was compared three months later from five aspects, i.e. symptom, nasal endoscopy, paranasal sinuses computer tomoscan, subject feeling and saccharine transit time. Results There was significant deviation between the groups of clarithromycin and budesonide intranasal spray and other three groups,there was no significant deviation between the group of clarithromycin and the group of budesonide intranasal spray,but either of them had significant deviation with control group. Conclusion The associated application of low-dose clarithromycin and budesonide intranasal spray is an effective management for chronic sinusitis.
