摘　　要：目的为了提高小肠病变的发现率及检出率。方法将普通血管造影导管拓展运用到小肠造影中。结果可以在X线透视下可视置管。结论这样既不用胃镜引导,缩短了检查时间,减小了患者痛苦,并降低了检查的费用,易被患者所接受。Objective To improve the detection rate of small intestinal lesions.Method The ordinary angiography catheter was applied to the small intestine imaging. Result It could be set in correct position under X-ray monitoring. Conclusion This method does not need endoscopy, yet shortens the inspection time, reduces the suffering of patients and the costs of the inspection, and easily accepted by patients.
