摘 要:冷剪机是冶金行业轧钢生产工艺中用于剪切定尺棒材的机械设备。由于冷剪机在工作过程中存在着巨大的尖峰载荷,所以在动力传递路线的高速轴上需要安装一飞轮。而合理设计飞轮的大小及其转动惯量是降低电机所需功率,改善机械传动构件和电机工作状况的关键。文中通过建立机构剪切模型,对所需飞轮的转动惯量进行了计算。在此基础上,利用Pro/E对飞轮进行了三维实体造型和结构优化设计,可直接获得飞轮的转动惯量。经比较,二者在数值上非常接近,表明文中的设计与计算方法是正确的。通过对飞轮的结构优化,使飞轮的质量减少了近四分之一。The cold shearing machine is the mechanical equipment that is used to cut the fixed dimension bars for the rolling production process in metallurgy industry.As there is tremendous peak load with the machine during operation,a flywheel is necessary to be installed on the high speed axis in its power transmission line.And selecting the suitable size and moment of inertia for the flywheel is the key to reduce the power required by the motor,and improve the operating conditions of mechanical transmission components and the motor.In this paper,the required moment of inertia for the flywheel is calculated by establishing mechanism shearing model.Based on this,its 3D solid model and structure optimized design has been carried out by using Pro/Engineer software,enabling to obtain the moment of inertia for the flywheel.The values from these two methods are very close,and this shows the design and calculation method in this paper is correct.Through the optimizing the structure of the flywheel,the weight of the flywheel is reduced nearly a quarter.
