摘　　要：秦皇岛市绿港污泥处理厂负责处理秦皇岛市5座污水处理厂的剩余污泥,处理规模为200t/d(含水率为80%),采用自动控制高温好氧堆肥工艺,堆肥后污泥可作为营养土进行土地利用,也可填埋。介绍了工艺设计的主要参数以及工程设计的特点,也给出了污泥好氧堆肥后的实测数据,实现了污泥堆肥后土地利用。Lvgang sludge treatment plant in Qinhuangdao City is in charge of treatment of surplus sludge from 5 sewage treatment plants, and its capability is 200 t/d （water content 80% ）. Automatic high-temperature aerobic composting process is used. Treated sludge can be used as nutrient soil for land use or as landfill. The main parameters of the process design and engineering design features are introduced, and the measured data after the aerobic composting are given.
