摘　　要：天津市大港区污水处理厂对预处理、生化处理、深度处理系统均进行了技术改造,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)的一级A标准。具体介绍了升级改造背景、工艺设计方案选择和工程实施效果。The technical reconstruction of pretreatment, biochemical treatment and advanced systems was performed in WWTP in Dagang district, Tinjin City. The effluent quality meets the first level A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant （GB 18918 -2002）. The upgrading reconstruction background, the choice of process design scheme, the engineering effect and so on are introduced.
