摘　　要：通过对我国大城市郊区土地非农开发特点的归纳总结，明确了其面临的问题和挑战；根据我国大城市郊区土地非农开发的实际，提出了其上地合理利用的模式。This paper has concluded that characteristics of non-agricultural landdevelopment in Chinese metropolitan suburbs. After the analyses ofexisting problems and challenges in the non-agricultural landdevelopment processes, it points out the similaritied and differences ofnon-agricultural development between Chinese metropolitan suburbsand that in other countries, and proposes measurements for the rationaldevelopment of suburban land.
