外来人口聚集区土地利用特征与形成机制研究

摘　　要：根据SPOT卫星影像的解译和实地调查资料，选择“浙江村”、“河南村”为重卢、，从宏观分析与微观调查相结合的角度，研究北京市外来人口聚集区土地利用的特征与形成机制，并对其蕴含的理论意义进行了讨论。Taking Beijing as an esample,the paper presents the characteristics and changing mechanisms of land use in rural immigrant settlements in big cities.With the site survey data and interpretation of SPOT image,authors composed a map of immigrant settlement distribution in Beijing City.Authors concluded that,economic activities and mental characters of immigrants are the key factors determining land use charactersitics.The study on rural immigrant settlements could be useful for understanding urban social polarization and social segregation,ruban land reallocation,urban land fix use and urban economic restructuring.
