摘　　要：运用络病学说探讨子宫内膜异位症的病机证治,提出冲任络脉瘀滞是子宫内膜异位症的络病病机,临床辨证当分清冲任络脉瘀阻证的寒热虚实,在审因论治,祛邪通络的同时灵活选用辛香通络、温经通络、藤类通络、化痰通络、虫类通络药物,若病久致虚者可加入补气运络,填精坚络之品。Using the collateral disease theory for investigating the pathogenesis,syndrome and treatment of the endometriosis,this article holds that the the Stagnation of Chong and Ren Vessel is the pathogenesis of endometriosis,clinical syndrome need to tell the difference in deficiency syndrome and empirical,cold and heat in the Chong and Ren Vessel stasis for nakedness efficacy.When treating based on the therapeutic principle of the syndrome differentiation and treatment to dredge the collaterals by eliminating the pathogenic factors,these drugs of pungent and fragrant,of warming meridians,of rattan drugs,of eliminating phlegm and of insect drugs are adopted actively.If persistent illness cause the impairment of vital Qi,such drugs of reinforcing deficiency,replenishing essence and solid collaterals could be added.
