易化区取穴针刺法对脑卒中偏瘫下肢运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨易化区取穴针刺法对脑卒中患者偏瘫下肢运动功能的临床应用及效果。方法:将98例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组48例,对照组采用传统取穴针刺法并结合常规康复训练,治疗组在常规康复训练的基础上采用Rood易化区针刺取穴法,于治疗前、治疗1个月、治疗3个月用Fugl-Meyer评价下肢运动功能;结果:两组患者治疗前后运动功能均有提高,治疗1个月后Fugl-Meyer评分治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),3个月后有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);结论:易化区取穴针刺法能有效促进偏瘫后下肢运动功能恢复,缓解痉挛,使运动模式正常化。Objective： Research on the clinical effects of acupuncture plus acupoint selection on facilitation sections in lowerlimb motor function on hemiplegic patients.Methods： 98 hemiplegic patients was randomized into rehabilitation group（ n = 50） and control group（ n = 48） .The control group received traditional acupuncture,while rehabilitation group used Rood′s acupoint selection plus kinesitherapy.Both of two groups took regular rehabilitation treatment,and assessed by Fugl-Meyer（ FMS） pre-and post-treatments after 1month and 3 month.Results： The motor functions were better than pro-treatments in both groups,and FMS scores of rehabilitation group is statistical higher（ P 0.05） after 1month,still had very statistical difference after 3 month（ P 0.05） .Conclusion： ons Acupuncture plus kinesitherapy on lower-limb facilitation sections do well in promoting rehabilitation on motor function,reducing muscle tone and promoting the normalization of movement patterns.
