摘　　要：金保方教授运用公英葫芦茶加减治疗泌尿生殖系统之疑难杂病,疗效显著。分别列举其治疗输卵管积水、卵巢过度刺激综合征、鞘膜积液、ICSI穿刺并发症、尿潴留、良性前列腺增生的成功案例,并加以分析;展示其审证求因、辨证论治、三因治宜的中医观和辨证与辨病相结合的行医理念。This article mainly discusses professor Jin Bao-fang′s clinical experience of using Gongying-hulu Decoction in the treatment of difficult and complicated genitourinary system diseases,such as hydrosalpinx,ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,hydrocele of testis,edema of prepuce,uroschesis,benign prostatic hyperplasia.And it also demonstrates his practical medicine concepts： identification of etiology according to differenciation of symptoms and signs;determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs;taking apptopriate approaches to treatment according to the season,region,individual principle;combination of diseases differentiation and syndromes differentiation.
