循证护理对肝硬化患者医学应对方式的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨改善115例肝硬化患者医学应对方式的最佳护理方法。方法:运用循证护理方法,解决改善肝硬化患者医学应对方式中存在的护理问题。结果:115例患者以更积极的方式应对疾病。结论:运用循证护理方法改善肝硬化患者医学应对方式,能促使护士去寻找具有科学依据的护理方法来解决护理问题,提高了护士综合素质,提高护理质量及患者对护理工作地满意度,最终达到改善肝硬化患者的医学应对方式。Objective： To evaluate the improvement of 115 cases of cirrhosis of the liver in patients with the best medical care and method of coping style.Methods： Using Evidence-based nursing approach to address to improve the medical response in patients with cirrhosis of the liver exists in the way of the nursing problems.Results： 115 patients with a more positive way to respond to disease.Conclusion： The use of evidence-based medical care and ways to improve the coping style in patients with cirrhosis,can encourage nurses to search for a science-based approach to solve the nursing care problems and improve the overall quality of nurses to improve care quality and patient care and workplace satisfaction,the final lead to improvements in medical coping styles in patients with cirrhosis.
