摘　　要：脑缺血动物模型在探讨脑缺血的病理生理变化、发病机制及其防治的研究有重要意义。从各种脑缺血动物模型的制备方法、优缺点及其适用范围,相关评价指标以及模型制备的影响因素等方面进行概述。The animal model of cerebral ischemia plays an important role in the investigationof pathophysiology,pathogenesis,prevention and treatment in ischemia cerebrovascular disease（ ICVD） .This paper summarized the methods for making model of cerebral ischemia and explained the basic principle and advantage and disadvantage of these methods,relevant evaluation index and some factors that influent the animal model of cerebral ischemia.
