心宁丸对心肌缺血大鼠白细胞介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究心宁丸对异丙肾上腺素诱导大鼠心肌缺血的作用机制。方法:使用异丙肾上腺素(ISO)致大鼠心肌缺血模型,利用ELISA法检测模型大鼠血中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平。结果:心宁丸能明显降低IL-6及TNF-α含量,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:心宁丸可以减少心肌细胞释放IL-6及TNF-α等细胞因子,减轻大鼠缺血心肌损伤。Objective： To study treating mechanism of Xinning pill on myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol in rats.Methods： Make the model of myocardial ischemia in rats by isoproterenol,then the IL-6 and TNF-α were observed by ELISA technique.Results： the level of IL-6 and TNF-α was reduced obviously,and there is significantly statically difference.（ P 0.05） Conclusion： Xinning pill has a protective effect on myocardial iscliemia induced by isoproterenol in rats,the effect is due to the decrease of IL-6 and TNF-α.
