摘　　要：目的:调查公立医院医疗服务价格的现状,探讨医疗服务价格调整趋势。方法:采用问卷法调查了5个省127家公立医院,问卷数据采用Microsoft Excel2007录入,用SPSS12.0软件进行描述性分析和均值比较。结果与结论:医疗服务价格总体水平低于成本,挂号费、诊察类、护理类和治疗类医疗服务项目价格水平较低,应上调;化验类和检查类医疗服务项目价格水平较高,应下调。OBJECTIVE：To investigate status quo of price for medical service in public hospital and to probe into adjustment trend of it.METHODS：The information was obtained by designed questionnaires that were filled by 127 public hospitals from 5 provinces.The data was inputted by Microsoft Excel 2007 software and analyzed using SPSS 12.0 software in respect of descriptive analysis and means comparative analysis.RESULTS CONCLUSION：The price for medical services is below the cost for medical service in general.Registered fee,diagnostic fee,nursing care fee and treatment fee are kept at low level and they should be up-regulated;examination fee and laboratory test fee are kept at high level and they should be down-regulated.
