摘 要:该文以山西省一裤型漏斗型钢贮煤筒仓为研究对象,利用颗粒流程序对该煤仓在装料及卸料过程中散料对仓壁的静态、动态压力进行模拟研究,并将其计算结果与国家规范GB50077-2003和ISO计算结果进行比较分析。结果表明:国家现行规范和ISO提供的法向压力和切向力计算方法不完全适合该煤仓情况;该煤仓上部直壁静态压力可采用ISO方法计算,但下部漏斗需按静模拟结果取值;上部直壁动态侧压力可根据国家规范GB50077-2003计算,而侧壁摩擦力需根据动态模拟结果取值;下部裤腿型漏斗动态法向压力和切向力均需取动模拟值。The research investigates the distribution of the static and dynamic pressures of granular coal, while charging and discharging, on the wall of a special silo with a trouser- shape funnel built in Shanxi province by a particle flow code. The simulation results are compared with those obtained by national code GB50077-2003 and ISO methods. The results show that computational methods of the normal pressure and tangential force offered by present national code and ISO are not entirely suited for the situation of this coal silo; that the static pressure on the upper straight coal silo wall can be computed with the ISO method, but the static pressure upon the lower funnel wall should adopt simulation values; that the dynamic pressure on the upper straight coal silo wall can be computed with the national code GB50077-2003 method, but the friction upon it should adopt simulation values; and that both the dynamic normal pressure and tangential force on the trouser leg-shape funnel need to adopt dynamic simulation values.
