摘 要:该文以螺栓紧固铝板为研究对象,在已有实验研究的基础上应用有限元方法对疲劳载荷作用下铝板上表面接触区内边缘环向正应力和外边缘切向切应力的应力幅值和平均值的分布进行定性分析。在建模过程中,接触面采用直接约束模型,摩擦力的模拟选用粘接-滑动摩擦模型,在模拟螺母施加紧固力时,采用分步载荷法。根据数值计算结果,得到不同螺栓紧固力、摩擦系数、疲劳载荷与铝板紧固件接触区内边缘、外边缘疲劳裂纹萌生位置的关系,为下一步的实验研究提供必要的参考数据。Based on the existing experiment results,the fretting fatigue contact geometry of a riveted aluminum specimen was studied using the finite element method.In the numerical model,the direct restrict method and the Stick-Slip friction model were introduced.A two-step tension load was suggested to realize the pre-tighten force.The contact states of the specimen's up-surface were analyzed,and the results were in well agreement with the observations of the existing experiments.Also,the distributions of stress amplitude and the mean stress of the inner and outer contact edges on the specimen's up-surface under fatigue loads were analyzed.By comparing the analyzed results,the influences of the contact friction coefficient,fastening forces and remote stress on crack initiation were discussed,which would be useful for the next experimental researches.
