摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定和胃散中橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱:InertsilODS-SP(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-1%醋酸(28∶72);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:283nm;柱温30℃。结果:橙皮苷在7.0～70.0μg/mL范围内质量浓度与峰面积均呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为100.5%(RSD=0.82%,n=9)。结论:本法操作简便,准确度高,重现性好,可作为和胃散质量控制方法之一。Objective：To develop a HPLC method for determining hesperidin in Hewei Powder. Methods：The analysis was performed on Inertsil ODS-SP （150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） with mixture of acetonitrile and 1% acetic acid as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 283 nm and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Results：The linear calibration curves were obtained in the concentration range of 7. 0 ～ 70. 0 μg /mL for hesperidin. The average recoveries of hesperidin was 100. 5% （RSD = 0. 82% ,n = 9）. Conclusions：The method is quick,simple,and reproducible,which can be used to control the quality of Hewei Powder.
