摘 要:防水粘结层是桥面铺装的重要组成部分,沥青混凝土桥面的病害,尤其是早期病害表明,铺装结构中防水粘结层的设置至关重要。我国现有防水粘结层的理论研究和实践研究尚不完善,导致大量桥面铺装由于防水粘结层的选材和设计不当而过早破坏。该文以环氧沥青材料作为防水粘结层的研究对象,从材料影响因素和界面影响因素两个方面分析环氧沥青防水粘结层对粘附强度的影响作用。借助剪切、拉拔等试验对环氧沥青防水粘结材料与其他几种粘结材料进行试验比较,研究表明国产环氧沥青应用在桥面上是完全可靠的。The waterproof bonding coat is the important part of deck paving. The disease of bitumen concrete deck, especially the early disease, makes clear that the installation of waterproof bonding coat is very important in the paving structure. The theoretical study and the practical study of the present waterproof bonding coat are not perfected in China, which result in the early damage of the deck paving because of the improper material selection and design of waterproof bonding coat. Taking the epoxy bitumen material as the studying object of waterproof bonding coat, the article analyzes the influence and action of epoxy bitumen waterproof bonding coat on the adhesive strength from two aspects of material influence factor and the interface influence factor. The epoxy bitumen waterproof bonding material and some other bonding materials are experimented and compared by the shearing test and the drawing test. The study makes clear that it is completely reliable to use the local epoxy bitumen in the bridge deck.
