摘　　要：SLSI类电路板在武器装备中的使用越来越多,在提升武器装备性能的同时,也对故障诊断提出了挑战;针对一类SLSI类电路板,总结、提出了基于软件/硬件替代的故障诊断方法,并详细介绍了该方法在某型电路板上的应用情况;经验证,所述方法能解决此类电路板的故障诊断问题,满足武器装备测试的需求,具有借鉴意义。While more and more SLSI chips are used, the performance of weapons is improved and the fault diagnosis of circuit boards becomes more and more difficult; To test and diagnose a kind of circuit board with SLSI chips, summarizes the means of fault diagnosis based on replacing software/hardware and introduces its application particularly; And the application proves that the means described can satisfy the testing demands of weapons.
