摘　　要：胍基乙酸是一种新型的营养性饲料添加剂,对提高动物生产性能、改善肉质和促进能量代谢等方面具有重要作用,作者综述了近年来胍基乙酸的体内代谢及在动物生产中的研究进展,为胍基乙酸的进一步研究提供了一定基础。As a new kind of nutritional feed additive,guanidine acetic acid plays an important role in improving the performance of animal production,meat quality and the energy metabolism.The article reviews recent metabolizes and applications of guanidine acetic acid in animal production,in order to laying the foundation for the further research of guanidine acetic acid.
