摘　　要：城市土地的可持续利用,是一种全新的城市土地利用观,是在城市用地结构优化的基础上追求土地社会、经济、生态效益的最优化。以乌鲁木齐市土地可持续利用为实证研究对象,通过对其土地利用动态变化分析,评价乌鲁木齐市土地可持续利用水平。根据评价结果进行分析,找出乌鲁木齐市土地可持续利用存在问题,提出可持续利用的建议与对策。he Sustainable use of urban land,is a new view of make use of urban land,is use a structure in the city excellent turn of foundation up pursue the society,economy,the ecosystem performance in the land superior to turn. The land in this text Urumqi City can keep on to make use of for the substantial evidence the research object,pass as to it＇s the land makes use of the dynamic state variety analysis,evaluation the land in Urumqi City can keep on to make use of to make use of the level. As a result carry on the analysis according to the evaluation,find out the land of Urumqi City and can keep on to make use of to exist the problem,put forward the city land of Urumqi City and can keep on the suggestion and the counterplan of the exploitation.
