摘 要:对花叶玉簪的光合生理生态特性进行了研究,结果表明其净光合速率日变化曲线在春、夏、秋3个季节均呈现双峰曲线型。花叶玉簪光补偿点为35.49μmol·m-2·s-1,光饱和点为600μmol·m-2·s-1,可见其光的补偿点偏高而光饱和点偏低,属于阴性植物,对散射光有一定的需求,但不适宜在全光照条件下栽培。根据多元线性回归分析,叶面水汽压亏缺对春、夏、秋3个季节的净光合速率均起着主要的影响作用。综合相关分析和通径分析结果,认为,在花叶玉簪的生长季内保持良好的通风、适当降低温度和增加空气湿度有利于提高光能利用率。花叶玉簪可作为优良的城市园林彩叶地被植物,适宜在林下片植,或在建筑物北侧种植,也可用做缓坡绿化材料及水景园、岩石园绿化材料,亦可盆栽观赏。The Photosynthetic Physiologic Characteristics of Hosta plantaginea ‘Fairy Variegata’was studied in this article, the results indicated that the diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate presented the typically double-peak curve type in spring,summer and autumn. The speicies had the low light compensation point of 35. 49μmol·m -2 ·s -1. And its light saturation point is 600μmol·m -2·s -1. Based on the analysis,the species could be identified as a darksome cover with shade tolerance and intolerant to direct sunlight. The multiple regression analysis was used to describe the importance of the different factors on the net photosynthetic rate in growing seasion. The results shows that,Vapor pressure deficit of leaf is the main factors influencing net photosynthetic rates in all three seasons. As well as,based on both correlation analysis and path coefficient analysis,the authors concluded that maintain well - ventilated,decreasing temperature appropriately and increasing relative humidity could enhance its light utilization efficiency. As a colorful landscape cover,this species is suitable for the more shade environments in urban landscape,and also could be planted in the sloping field and the side of water.
