摘　　要：以铜陵市为例分析城市情感现状及原因,主张不仅要打造"生态山水铜都",更要建立"魅力铜陵",从铜陵景观建设和铜文化的发展、步行商业街区的改建、房地产开发的未来趋势、旅游资源的整合、生态文明建设等几个方面提出具体的对策。This paper analyzed the present city - emotion situations and the causes of Tongling ,then advocates not only to build＂ ecology - mountain - water copper city＂but also to forge＂glamour Tongling＂more further,and put forward concrete countermeasures and suggestions following the landscape construction and development of copper civilization,the reconstruction of the commercial walking street area,the real estate development trend in future etc.
