摘 要:目的开发研制一套移动式焊接烟尘处理装置,为非固定电焊烟尘治理提供技术依据。方法采用现场调查及职业病危害因素检测方法,对该套除尘系统进行效果评价。结果采用除尘装置后对工作场所空气中电焊烟尘进行检测,CSTEL为2.8 mg/m3、CTWA为0.98 mg/m3,比治理前分别下降了4.5倍和5.3倍,符合职业接触限值要求。结论该套移动式电焊烟尘除尘设施符合局部通风排风系统的设计原则,罩口风速及控制点风速足以将产生的尘源吸入罩内,达到高捕集效率,效果良好,可供同行业借鉴。Objective To develop treatment equipment to provide technical basis for the treatment of mobile electric welding smoke.Methods The effect of this dust-removing installation was assessed by field investigation and detection of occupational hazard factors.Results The concentration of short-term exposure concentration(CSTEL) of electric welding smoke in work place was 2.8 mg/m3 and the time weighted average concentration(CTWA) was 0.98 mg/m3,which were reduced by 4.5 times and 5.3 times contrast to the concentrations before treatment.Conclusion The installation conforms to the design principle of local ventilation.The face velocity and control precision velocity are strong enough to inhale dust to got high collection efficiency.The effect is good,and could be used for reference on removing dust.
