摘　　要：区域法治是建构世界法治秩序以及深化依法治国方略中的一种崭新的法治形态。开展区域法治研究和建设,不仅有利于为全面建设小康社会及构建和谐社会提供切实的法治保障,也是为建立和形成"国际区域法治秩序"以及"世界法治秩序",进而为顺利建设和谐世界所必需。为此就应积极开展国际区域法治研究和建设。The regional rule of law is to build the world＇s rule of law and order and the rule of law to deepen the strategy of a brand-new form of the rule of law. Research and construction of re- gional rule of law is not only conducive to building a well-off society and building a harmonious soci- ety to provide effective protection of the rule of law ; also for the establishment and formation of ＂in- ternational rule of law in the region＂ and ＂World rule of law and order＂, thus building a harmonious world for the smooth required. To this end they should actively carry out international and regional research and building the rule of law.
