氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗慢性单纯性苔藓疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗慢性单纯性苔藓的疗效。方法:氟芬那酸丁酯软膏与糠酸莫米松乳膏联用为治疗组,单用糠酸莫米松乳膏为对照组。根据评分标准进行疗效比较。结果:两组有效率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.09,P>0.05);两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.00,P<0.05)。结论:氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗慢性单纯性苔藓与单用糠酸莫米松乳膏疗效相当,不良反应较少。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Butyl Flufenamate Ointment combined with Mometasone Furoate Cream in the treatment of lichen simplex chronicus.Methods：The patients in test group were treated with a combination of Butyl Flufenamate Ointment and Mometasone Furoate Cream and the control group was treated with Mometasone Furoate Cream alone.The clinical efficacy was compared according to the scoring criteria.Results：There was no statistical difference between the test group and control group in their effective rates（χ2=0.09,P0.05）,while the incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups showed significant difference（χ2=4.00,P0.05）.Conclusion：Butyl Flufenamate Ointment combined with Mometasone Furoate Cream has the same efficacy as Mometasone Furoate Cream alone in the treatment of lichen simplex chronicus,but has lower incidence of adverse reactions.
