摘  要:[目的]保证射线装置的正常安全运行,合理应用射线,确保放射诊疗质量和安全防护。[方法]2009年,依据国家相关放射卫生防护标准,基于放射防护的正当化、最优化和个人剂量限值3个基本原则,对北京军区某医院新进的1台KTL-A型拓普式立体定向治疗系统(γ刀)进行了放射防护验收检测。[结果]定位中心与辐射野中心之间的距离为0.765mm;焦点剂量率为3.41Gy/min;实测剂量与计划剂量的相对偏差最大为-3.02%;透过准直体的泄漏辐射率为0.34%;治疗状态下机房周围的泄漏辐射水平最大为0.7μGy/h。[结论]该医院γ刀机房周围有辐射泄漏,但低于国家相关放射卫生防护标准;与防护有关的剂量学性能指标符合国家相关标准。[Objective] To ensure proper and safe operation of the radiation equipment,to reasonably use the ray,and to insure the quality of radiation therapy,safety of radiological protection.[Methods]Acceptance test of radiological protection was conducted on the new set of KTL-A stereotactic therapy,γ knife in a hospital of Beijing Military Area Command in 2009,based on the related standard of radiological protection and the 3 principles of justification of a practice,optimization of radiation protection and personal dose limit.[Results]The distance of the orientation centre and the radiological visual field was 0.765 mm,the focus dose rate was 3.41 Gy/min,the average relative deviation of actual dose and planning dose was-3.02%,the leakage radiation rate was 0.34% through the collimation.The level of leakage radiation was 0.7 μGy/h during the operation around the machine room.[Conclusion]There is low radiation leakage around the room,but it is lower than the national standard of radiological protection,the index of dosimetry related to radiation protection can meet the national related standard.
