摘　　要：[目的]探讨建立疾病空间分布的Г-Poisson回归模型。[方法]以莒南县HFRS宿主鼠类影响因素的分析实例,结合Г-Poisson分布原理与Logistic回归模型,建立基于地理信息系统的Г-Poisson回归模型。[结果]此模型可以准确刻画疾病空间分布特点,定量分析服从Г-Poisson分布的各种变量与疾病发生、发展的关系。[结论]对服从Г-Poisson分布的疾病空间分布,利用Г-Poisson回归模型,可以揭示疾病与各危险因素之间的定量关系。[Objective] To explore Г-Poisson regression model on the spatial distribution of disease.[Methods]With the example of analyzing the HFRS host rodents influencing factors,combining Г-Poisson distribution with logistic regression closely,set up the Г-Poisson regression model based on geographic information system.[Results]Г-Poisson regression model describes the spatial distribution of disease exactly,analyses the relation between variables and occurrence of diseases quantificationally.[Conclusion]If the data obey Г-Poisson,the Г-Poisson regression model can reveal the relation between diseases and infection factors quantificationally.
