摘　　要：从农村远程医疗平台的设计理念和部署特点出发,分析了农村远程医疗平台的功能设计和体系结构,并对各功能子系统的业务流程进行了阐述,在实体分析的基础上分析了分布式数据库的设计,最后对系统实现的关键技术进行了阐述,其中包括远程数据采集技术设计、构件设计和任务调度的策略。The system function design and system architecture of rural telemedicine platform were analyzed from rural telemedicine platform design and deployment characteristics.And the business processes of each functional subsystem were described.The design of distributed database was analyzed based on entity analysis.Finnally,the key technologies to realize the system were described,Including the design of remote data acquisition,component design and task scheduling strategy.
