摘　　要：通过对我国甜玉米育种现状进行分析,找出育种工作中存在的问题,提出甜玉米育种及种质创新的思路,即:加强收集、发掘地方品种资源;加强国外优良新种质的引进和利用;加强品质性状遗传的研究;充分利用基因工程技术与其他生物技术相结合改良创新甜玉米种质等内容。Through the analysis of the present situation,the shortcoming in corn breeding were found and the methods of germplasm innovation were proposed as follosws：increasing the level for the collection and excavation of the local and foreign germplasm;to use the physical and chemical mutation methods,genetic engineering techniques and traditional dreeding methods to improve the germplasm innovation of waxy corn.
