摘　　要：有机肥料的养分全面,肥效稳长,可提供作物生长所需营养物质,是提高作物品质性状的关键,综述了有机肥料的施用对作物品质指标等的作用,如VC、可溶性糖、硝酸盐、酸度和氮、磷、钾含量影响的研究进展,并对有机肥料的发展进行展望。Nutrient contents of organic fertilizers are comprehensive,fertilier efficiency grows steadily,and can supply nutrient required in growing process of plant.The application of organic fertilizers is the key of plant quality improvement.The research advances on effects on organic fertilizers on the quality parameters of plant such as VC,soluble sugar,nitrate,acidity and content of N,P,K etc.were generally reviewed.Besides,the prospect for developing of organic fertilizer was proposed.
